Arron was trained in a global firm HoK in London. Further trained and gained his registration while working for award winning practice Domoney Architecture in Melbourne.
After eight years of international experience, in 2015, Arron decided it was time to share his philosophy of Balanced Architecture by starting a practice called 10x10 Architecture in his home town Auckland. A boutique design studio specialising in residential, commercial and interior; Providing a wide range of services covering all stages of the project, including feasibility / visualisation study, consent applications, project management.
Arron and his talented team are passionate for producing quality architecture with a strong design focus. They recognise that all projects are unique in their own way and two projects are never the same, or, no job is too small or too challenging to complete, in a harmonised balanced way.

Lily has been with us since the studio opened and has intensive local & international experience. She is an all-rounder involved with design, documentation, and project management for a wide range of residential and commercial projects - from the master plan of a big development to the interior of a single room.
With a great interest in sustainability and travel, Lily received her Master's degree with honours in the field of Sustainable Touristic Architecture and is currently working towards her Ph.D. studies at the University of Auckland.
Outside of work and study, her curiosity of life itself leads her to read, travel, tutor and hand-craft, which enables her to experience and exchange ideas with the outside world both spatially and temporally.

Born in Hong Kong and grew up in New Zealand, Elaine gained her Bachelor Degree in Victoria University of Wellington (VUW). After graduating, she worked as a tutor at VUW and local practices gaining experience with both residential and commercial designs.
She then moved and worked as an Architectural Designer in Hong Kong for several years. During this time, she lead a design team working with high profile clients, mainly involved and overseeing design attribution for high end residential complexes and commercial fitouts.
In recent years, Elaine returned back to New Zealand to start a family, bringing with her extensive overseas experience and knowledge; continuing her passion for design and architecture, extending her skill set in documentation and detailing.
Apart from professional aspects, she plays badminton at a competitive level and enjoys broadening her perspective through travels.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Praneel has worked on projects in New Zealand and Fiji. His understanding of the New Zealand Building Code and New Zealand Standards allied with an extensive experience in design and documentation of residential and commercial projects, has rendered his capabilities from a senior architectural technician to an architectural designer and project manager.
Praneel is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture (Professional) part time at Unitec Institute of Technology.

Sichen has worked in both Italy and Beijing after finishing her education in Polytechnic di Milano. This work history leaves her overseas experiences of residential, commercial, educational and industrial projects.
Her previous educational and research field was mainly about improving building performance by using energy-efficiency interventions. As an environmentalist, she is currently focusing on the newest energy-saving trend in Europe and other part of the world.
Sichen enjoys discovering and solving designing problems and keeps finding inspirations by having architectural journeys in Europe, USA, and East Asia. Her dream is to help people dwelling in buildings they feel comfortable and natural.
